MDC were looking for a way to streamline their compliance reporting and also use their data to gain valuable operational insights. After seeing Lutra ID in action they decided it was the best option and engaged Lutra to implement ID as their water and wastewater compliance and operations system across the organisation.
ID is now successfully in use and allows a higher level of site and process understanding, increasing the efficiency of problem identification and resolution, as well as increasing the effectiveness of organisational and compliance gaps.
